With ten years at Sair da Casca, Cláudia is today the head of innovation and business development. She created the tools that the company uses in sustainability management, reporting and stakeholder engagement. Recently, in partnership with Informa DB, launched SMARK – Your Social Mark Starts Locally, a new tool to measure the local impact of a company. She has accompanied more than 50 projects of strategy, performance evaluation, and involvement of stakeholders, in sectors such as agri-food, airport, transport, banking and insurance, catering, among others. Proceeding accordingly with the program on Management and Leadership Program from the School of Management and Business (AESE), Cláudia skilfully directs Sair da Casca clients even further towards sustainability models intrinsically linked to their business. With GRACE and the sharing practices context, led the working group on the social responsibility of SMEs. Also, develops research topics on responsible marketing and communication and transparency, and has followed projects such as the Charter of Responsible Communication Commitments for APAN or Engagement Rating. Bridging with her initial training in Business Communication, participates in various forums and seminars on these subjects, training being one of hers areas of personal and professional interest. Recently, coordinated a research and development project on the topic of Positive Brands.

Licentiate Degree Corporate Communications, completed the Management and Leadership Program at Escola de Direção e Negócios (AESE).
