André’s professional life ran, and runs, through different worlds from the one he encountered at Sair da Casca in 2006. He has many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where has held various positions in a family business, the JABA Group. In addition to other functions, he was, from 1999 to 2006, CEO of JABA Group, Vice President of APIFARMA (Portuguese Association of Pharmaceutical Industry) and President at Euralliance Farma (European Group of Economic Interest). It was these years of intense experience at the associative level, both nationally and internationally, that provided him with a practical vision of the needs and difficulties of intercompany work. Along the way he complements his work history with Publicity and Communication, working at EURO RSCG Portugal for five years, leaving in 1999 as a Director General. In 2006 he founded Winicio, a marketing and communications company, and simultaneously, embraced Sair da Casca. In this context, linking Sair da Casca to Winicio, the communication skills of Sair da Casca were strengthened, allowing greater robustness to Sair da Casca´s projects. Since 2009 he also has assumed management responsibility at Innovagency, a consulting and project development on digital platforms company.

All this business activity has been developed around the world, even if with different business objectives, enabling a sharing of knowledge and resources.
