Partner of Sair da Casca and responsible for team coordination and financial management of the company. Marta has over 15 years of experience in projects related to education and communication for children and youth. At Sair da Casca, she is responsible for monitoring the Sustainable Development Objectives in the business perspective: she spearheads a project with UNICEF Mozambique on Children’s Rights and Business. Also, provides strategic monitoring and follow-up of educational programs, awareness and behaviour change in the context of sustainable development issues programs, in-house training, manages action plans of corporate philanthropy and defines strategies and social responsibility policies. Likewise, she oversees monitoring communication, and responsible marketing for children, of the international benchmark and market analysis in the field of Education, as well as of the relationship with institutional partners in different areas including official bodies related to education. The projects she led received several national and international awards such as the Energy Globe Award (Energy Globe Foundation), Best Social Responsibility Campaign (Meios & Publicidade), and Best Social Responsibility Communication Campaign (APCE). Recently, she began to become involved in the B Corp movement, being crucial for Sair da Casca certification process. In addition to education, she is passionate about other issues related to children, as well as to the cause of animals’ rights and gender equality.
