Throughout her career Filipa has carried out a number of activities, from coordination of clinical trials in the area of oncology, to resolution of customers’ complaints, and even managed a component of a family business. In all these experiences, she focused her work on seeking the improvement of processes and the satisfaction of the interested parties. Continuing this focus, at Sair da Casca, Filipa performs as operational management on several projects, supporting its development in the operational and logistics aspects. A fundamental function in educational projects, but also in the operational aspect of business projects of support to the community, such as philanthropy programs. She is interested in constantly deepening her professional and academic skills and is currently working on her dissertation on “Evaluation of the impact of the management of complaints on the return of clients: case study of a private hospital” for the Masters’ degree in Business Administration, at UAL.
