Research biologist, Clara has 10 years of experience in environmental project management and scientific research in business and public contexts. She has been developing various training activities for public, private and NGOs on sustainability issues, the Sustainable Development Goals, new ideation methodologies and top 10 skills, as well as other training and personal and social development actions. Coach with NLP and Archetypal since 2016, has embraced vocational coaching and entrepreneurship initiatives for sustainable development in inter-municipal projects and NGOs, and has been a guest speaker for various conferences and seminars around these themes. Currently reinforcing her motivation and competence in consulting in the areas of sustainability, social responsibility and human capital mobilization. At Sair da Casca, Clara manages and follows strategic, reporting and strategic philanthropy projects, consolidating much of the knowledge acquired over the years.
Enthusiastic even in her spare time, she has been engaged in nature tourism and birdwatching for 10 years and created an environmental education project for children and young people in her locality.
Degree in Biology and Master in Conservation Biology from the University of Évora, with a postgraduate degree in Sustainability Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics Management.
