Carlota has an extensive experience in communication with the media and with the general public, having had the opportunity to explore Communication for Health and Development in a thesis project that she developed in Sao Tome and Principe, and later in collaboration with International Medical Assistance (Guinea-Bissau). With a great passion for onsite work, she dedicates herself in Sair da Casca to educational and communication projects, focuses on promoting behaviour change in areas of food and healthy lifestyles. Recently, worked in a project to mobilize young Portuguese people who are not working or studying. She grew up in an international environment and has had several volunteer experiences, particularly directed at children and youth.
Bachelor Degree in Social and Cultural Communication at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Master in Strategic Management of Public Relations at Escola Superior de Comunicação Social.
